The Duffer Brothers are working on TV adaptation of Stephen King’s The Talisman

Stranger Things showrunners The Duffer Brothers are working on an adaptation of the much-loved fantasy novel, The Talisman, written by Stephen King and Peter Straub. 

Although the novel was published in 1984, Steven Spielberg actually snapped up the rights two years early, in 1982. 

For decades, the esteemed director has tried to adapt the novel to the big screen, but hasn’t been able to make it work. 

Now, though, he’s gone down the small screen route instead, and has brought on board Stranger Things showrunners The Duffer Brothers to helm the project!
